Dolls from a Kid’s Perspective
I have been busy, busy today with the Cricut. What have I been making you ask? Not anything for me (sniffle sniffle), but my step daughter Cali and her half sister Gabi begged for some Cricut time. So, I took over the kitchen table for two days. They love cutting animals, but then they decided on some dolls. Here are the pics of the dolls we made. They are 11″ tall. You wouldn’t think it would take that long to cut the pieces, but it felt like forever today! Each one told me what colors and exactly how they wanted it cut. I was just the cutter lady today:) They are now proudly hanging on the outside of the closet door. Introducing our beautiful dolls designed by a 7 and 8 year old.

Whew…I’m ready for bed!
Yep. I did it.
I preordered the Gypsy today from Michaels.
$299.
Could have got it cheaper but I didn’t want to wait for it to be released to everyone else since Michaels has the exclusive at first. I do believe there will be a great deal on it on the Home Shopping Network- Sept. 24th I believe.
Since Michaels is having their cartridges on sale this week for $39.99, I picked up the new Everyday Paperdolls and Winter Woodlands carts. I’m lovin the new dolls…Winter Woodlands I wish I hadn’t bought. Oh well…into the collection it goes.
I’ve really enjoyed all of the emails about the ‘Will Spook for Candy’ kit. All of the orders have been mailed, and I believe there are only 3 left right now. Thank you all so much for all of your kind words:)You can still order it or get the FREE instructions and cutting guide by clicking here.
GUESS WHAT?!!? On the Gypsy, they have added images to some new cartridges that will be released (probably) the beginning of 2010. One of them is a dinosaur one!!! My little one will be SO SO SO excited (okay, I admit it, I am too). Joy has images of the new ones on her blog (Click here).
