A little peek for us all…
Looks like a cat cartridge, halloween, farm, girl themed rock (check out the cherries w skulls as the fruit), fix-it-up…. I still haven’t got the Create a Critter I so desperately NEED (lol) and now there’s more on the way. I just can’t keep up!
New Sweet Treats Cartridge
I’m lovin this new cartridge! Cricut.com says it is to be released December 1st. This may just be on my ‘Black Friday’ list if it is in stores by then. This is a must have for us…we eat too much ice cream!
The Cricut website’s description is: “Celebrate a birthday with cakes, ice cream, and presents! This cartridge contains icons with layers and shadows, tags, and cards as well as cupcake holders and party favors. With this charming cartridge, you can throw a party you’ll always remember!

New Cartridges: Life’s A Beach and Lyrical Alphabet
In case you haven’t heard, there are two new cartridges coming out. One is called Lyrical Alphabet, which includes six fonts. The other is Life’s a Beach and it adorable! CDS Update, New Cartridges, & a Michaels Coupon
Cricut has just released the latest update for Design Studio. With each update they add newly released cartridges. This update will add Graphically Speaking and the Storybook cartridges.
IMPORTANT: How to Update CDS
- With your DS not open, uninstall your current version of CDS. The easist way is to go to the Start Menu and select programs. Find Design Stusio and select it. You can uninstall it from there. (Don’t worry…you won’t lose any of your registration information).
- Go to the update page and select the most recent update. Download it and run it from an administrator account.
- Viola! You are updated and can start playing with the latest releases!
